Accessibility Advice
We are a Historic New Hampshire Inn!

Physical Accessibility Statement
Our Restaurant, The Oak Room, and all common rooms at the Inn are on the ground floor and are handicap accessible. There are no stairs or barriers from the main parking lot through the main entrance into our dining room. All the guest rooms at this property are on the second and third floors and there is no elevator access possible due to the historical architecture of the building. Removing this barrier to our guest rooms is not readily achievable and would require destroying the historic architecture of the facility and an unbearable expense for the business. Our latest accessibility audit was conducted on Jan 1, 2019 using the ADA Readily Achievable Barrier Removal Checklist for Existing Facilities as authorized by NIDRR. We have all of our handicap accessible features listed on the ADA Property Features section of our Amenities page.
